Current AI image recognition algorithms require ~40% of an image to match, and can easily be fooled by simply rotating, blurring, or partially cropping an image. What was once visually similar is now seen as something else, potentially unclassifiable, and the image “fingerprint” is no longer accurate due to the inability to recognize an image beyond simple transformations.
